SDA Bocconi is pleased to host a presentation by Simon-Kucher & Partners, Strategy & Marketing Consultants dedicated to “Defending profit in a period of turbulence: how to use the price lever”; their first European study on managing the price lever aimed at analyzing how companies defend their revenues in times of crisis. Research results will be presented. We wish to thank SDA Bocconi alumni who participated in the survey.

Key-note Speakers:
Francesco Quartuccio, graduated in Nuclear Engineering at the University of Palermo, holds an MBA from MIP, and is Senior Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners. Areas of expertise: revenues and margins growth through optimization of sales, strategy and marketing with a clear focus on pricing. Projects managed have reached an average margin increase of about 3% for the customers.

Danilo Zatta, Director at Simon-Kucher & Partners, is a management consultant conducting assignments for multinational corporations and SMEs worldwide. He often participates, as a speaker, to conventions such as the World Business Forum. He has written several best sellers like Revenue Management and Management Strategico, as well as numerous articles published on journals like L'Impresa and Harvard Business Review. Together with the management guru Hermann Simon, he has written Battere la crisi e Strategie di Pricing.
